We are currently an Australian business servicing Australian states and territories. If you are an international customer and wish to make a purchase, please email us and we will provide for you directly.
In the near future, we aim to service our international customers automatically via our website. Stay tuned.
If my item doesn’t fit, can I exchange or return it? How do I do this?
Absolutely! We want you to love your product so if you require a different size, simply return your item to sender and we will action a full refund. Then simply purchase your correct size and we will ship it out to you within 24 hours.

Do you accept customised crochet orders?
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept customised crochet orders.
However, please feel free to let us know what you’d like to see added to our crochet range as we intend to continue growing our crochet product line.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on customer service and will ship your order via Australia Post within 24 hours of your purchase.
Standard Delivery:
We send our parcels from Melbourne, Victoria via Australian Post’s Standard Delivery service.
If your postal address is in Victoria:
Metro – up to 2 business days. Country – up to 5 business days
If your postal address is interstate / outside of Victoria:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points. Country – Please ask at your local Post Office. On average, we find our parcels will reach you within about a week.
Express Post:
We also offer an Express Post option at checkout. The extra fee for this service will ensure that you experience Next Day Delivery. (NB that covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Do babies need to wear a nappy or insert under the swim nappy?
There is no need for you to buy disposable swim nappies or inserts for the water again! Save your money and our planet.
No other nappy or insert is required underneath our swim nappies for these tend to just absorb the water in which your baby is swimming, weighing your baby down.
Rather, our inner mesh and outer PUL swim nappies work to effectively let liquid pass, whilst capturing any solids, allowing your baby to swim and paddle freely and hygienically.
NB: Our swim nappies are designed to hold-in solid solids!
Runny #2s or solids that are not changed promptly when baby is in the water, will pass through the nappy.

Most of our swim nappy patterns are available in both our small and large sizes.

Do you provide a gift-wrapping service?
Unfortunately, we do not yet gift wrap purchased baby products.
Our products will be carefully packaged in recycled and reusable frosted ziplock bags with our logo attached and a thank you and care card inserted into each bag.
We will introduce a gift-wrapping service in the not-too-distant-future. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
If our purchase is a gift for someone else, can you send the baby product without an invoice attached with the package?
Of course! Just leave us a note at checkout or if you forget, just email or message us via FaceBook or Instagram and we will ensure your invoice is not attached to your order if it’s a gift for someone else. 🙂
