Shipping Policy
Please be aware that COVID-19 has created significant delays for Australia Post and some orders may not arrive within their usual timeframes. Please be aware that we are processing orders daily and will endeavour to deliver your items as fast as possible.
- All orders and shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. All orders are shipped from Harkaway in Melbourne, Australia.
- All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping.
- Standard shipping orders are shipped using the standard Australia Post service suitable for item/s purchased. Standard tracking is provided with this shipping method, but sometimes limited parcel information is made available by Australia Post.
- All items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Please allow 5-8 business days for standard shipping (possibly longer for regional locations).
- Express shipping via Australia Post is available for urgent deliveries. Express shipping can be selected at checkout and an additional fee will also be applied. Express Shipping via Australia Post provide next-day delivery to most urban locations across Australia, but regional locations may take longer than one day.
- If you require international shipping, please contact us directly for a quotation.
- If you require any other postal services such as Registered Post or courier, please contact us to organise a quote. Additional payment will be required for customised shipping arrangements and services.
Free Shipping Offer
- Orders over $75 will receive free standard shipping via Australia Post.
- Should an order over $75 require Express Shipping, the customer will need to select the Express Shipping option at checkout and the full Express Shipping fee will apply.
